RETURN AND REFUNDS

Thank you for choosing MudranFashion. We hope your recent purchase arrived in perfect condition.
Please note that as per our company policy, we do not provide refunds or returns once a product has been sold. However, we understand your satisfaction is paramount. If you are unsatisfied with your order item(s) and wish to exchange them, here are the steps to follow:

Contact us within 2 days of delivery with your invoice number via WhatsApp at 7976197303 (preferable for fast communication) or email at support@mudranfashion.com.

Exchange is only possible for unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged products with all labels and tags intact, in the original packaging.

Stitched products are eligible for size exchange within the same product. The exchange can only be made for a product of equal or higher value.

We do not offer pickup services for exchanges. Customers are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us.

Please ensure you use reputable courier services for return shipments, as we cannot be held liable for any loss during transit.

Exchange is allowed once per order, and the exchanged product will be dispatched upon receipt of the original item(s).

If pickup service is requested and available, an additional charge of 200 RS per piece will be applicable.

If your package arrives with signs of damage, please refuse delivery. Acceptance of a damaged package forfeits any claim for exchange.
[Opening Video Instructions]

Ensure the parcel is unopened and intact.

Record a video of yourself opening the parcel from start to finish.

Clearly show the entire packaging process, including the exterior of the parcel.

Ensure the contents of the parcel are clearly visible in the video.

Do not use any tape or seal the parcel before recording the video.

Do not manipulate or edit the video in any way.

If any damage or discrepancy is noticed during the opening, clearly capture it in the video.

Once the opening process is complete, contact us immediately with your order number within 2 days of delivery via WhatsApp at 7976197303 or email at support@mudranfashion.com.

If pickup service is available, we will arrange for the parcel to be collected. If not, you will need to send it back to our address.

Upon receiving the returned product, you will receive a refund equal to the order amount plus shipping costs up to 100 RS, if applicable.

Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours via GPAY, PAYTM, PHONEPAY, or bank transfer.

No return fee will be charged for damaged products.
Your cooperation in providing the opening video is crucial for processing any claims related to damaged or wrong products.
We'd like to clarify our policy regarding what constitutes a Damaged Product:

If the dress doesn't suit you or if you're unsatisfied with the fabric quality or texture (including variations due to printing processes), it does not qualify as a damaged product. We deal in the same fabric but variations may occur due to printing methods.

Minor issues such as tassels being pulled or minor printing variations (like roughness in print or uneven prints) are not considered damage. These are characteristic of hand block printing and add to its traditional charm.

Color variations of up to 10-12% due to screen resolution and lighting are not considered damage.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

Custom products, special orders, or personalized items cannot be returned.

Sale, discounted, coupon-purchased, or gift voucher items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
