TERMS OF SERVICE

This website is operated by Prateek Textile, trading as Mudran Fashion. Throughout the website, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mudran Fashion.

By visiting www.mudranfashion.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our other store policies. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable Indian consumer law.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a contract to place an order. Anyone under 18 may use this website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You must provide complete and accurate contact, payment and delivery information.

2. PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, measurements, prices and photographs accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different because of screen settings, lighting or photography.

Many Mudran Fashion products are handcrafted. Minor variations in colour, printing, motif placement, measurements, natural dyes, starch or dabu mud-resist marks are characteristics of handmade products and are not generally considered defects, provided the product remains fit for use and matches its description.

3. ORDERS

Placing an order does not guarantee its acceptance. We may verify, refuse or cancel an order because of:

  • Product unavailability;
  • Incorrect pricing or listing information;
  • Incomplete delivery details;
  • Failed payment;
  • An unserviceable address;
  • Suspected fraud; or
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders.

If we cancel a prepaid order, the amount collected will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. The final amount, including any applicable charges, will be shown before order confirmation.

A ₹100 Cash on Delivery charge applies to every COD order. COD availability depends on the delivery location, order value and successful verification.

Customers with repeated refused or undelivered COD orders may be required to use prepaid payment for future purchases.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are ordinarily dispatched within 2–3 working days, excluding Sundays, public holidays and announced business closures.

Delivery estimates may be affected by courier serviceability, weather, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping and delivery are governed by our separate Shipping and Delivery Policy.

6. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Cancellation requests must be sent to support@mudranfashion.com before dispatch. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return, Exchange, Cancellation and Refund Policy.

An eligible voluntary return must ordinarily be requested within 2 calendar days of delivery. A ₹250 reverse-pickup and return-handling charge applies to eligible change-of-mind returns when pickup is arranged by us.

These conditions do not restrict remedies available for damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect or materially misdescribed products.

7. WEBSITE USE

You must not use this website:

  • For unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
  • To place false or unauthorised orders;
  • To submit false reviews or claims;
  • To introduce viruses or malicious code;
  • To interfere with website security; or
  • To copy or commercially exploit our content without permission.

We may restrict access or cancel fraudulent orders where reasonably necessary.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Mudran Fashion’s name, logo, photographs, videos, product descriptions, graphics, designs and other original website content are owned by or licensed to us.

You may use the website only for personal shopping. Our content may not be copied, reproduced, sold, published or commercially used without prior written permission.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may use third-party services, including Shopify, Shiprocket, payment gateways and courier partners.

These services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services that we do not control, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

10. PRIVACY

Personal information is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian law.

We may use your information to process payments, fulfil orders, arrange delivery, prevent fraud, provide customer support and process returns or refunds.

11. LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, Mudran Fashion will not be responsible for indirect loss resulting from customer misuse, failure to follow care instructions, incorrect information provided by the customer or events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms when our services, policies or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes will not unfairly alter the terms of an order already accepted.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a customer’s right to approach a competent Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or another authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.
